Editorial policy

Sources we use

We use official sources first: store pages such as Steam, developer websites, official announcements and patch notes, and official social accounts. For context we also use established gaming outlets. Secondary sources are labelled as such on the page.

Verification

Every game page lists its sources and a "Last checked" date. Prices include the region and store they were seen in, because they change often. We do not copy long passages from sources; we summarise in our own words and quote only short phrases with attribution.

What we leave out

We do not publish boss data, drop rates, numbers, map locations, codes or system requirements unless an official or reliable source states them. When information is missing we write that it has not been officially announced yet.

Corrections

If you spot an error or outdated detail, email contact@lvlwiki.com with a link to the source. We correct verified mistakes and update the check date.

Advertising

Advertising, when present, is shown in clearly labelled slots and does not influence what we write.
