Content notes
Steam carries a content note covering horror and disturbing themes, including an oppressive atmosphere, grotesque mutated creatures and moments of fear, and gore and dissection: players can catch fish and dissect them to harvest organs and body parts for crafting lures and gear. The note states the game contains no sexual content or nudity.
