Horses of Hoofprint Bay launched on Steam on November 4, 2026. The developer revealed the date on August 21, 2026 and said the game would go straight to a full release with no Early Access and no feature roadmap, although it would watch launch feedback and fix bugs.

The sources checked do not say how long the discount lasts, so check the Steam page for the current price. The Steam API lists two add-ons: the Supporter Pack and the Official Soundtrack.
Supporter Pack and bundles
The Supporter Pack is optional paid DLC. According to the October 30 announcement it contains a digital art book in PDF form (The Art & Making of Horses of Hoofprint Bay, 50+ pages of sketches, iterations and work-in-progress screenshots), a booklet of coloring pages with scenes from Hoofprint Bay, and an exclusive role on the developer's Discord server. The launch post also mentions a "Support the Team" bundle with the game and the Official Soundtrack, and bundles with other horse games. See the Steam bundle pages for current contents and prices.
Demo and saves
A demo has been available since February 16, 2026 and stays available after launch, according to the developer. An updated October demo for Steam Next Fest (October 19 to 26) was limited to 25 days of in-game play. Saves from the October demo are compatible with the full game; saves from the February demo are not.

Steam lists 24 languages: English, German, French, Dutch, Russian, Italian, Spanish (Spain), Czech, Finnish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Turkish, Ukrainian, Slovak, Danish, Korean, Romanian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Spanish (Latin America) and Swedish. The page does not list full audio for any language.
Publishers
Steam lists The Mane Quest and FinPlay (for China and Japan) as publishers. The developer is Thogli Studios; the Steam text says the game is made by three horse enthusiasts.
